Hi Jenn, I just wanted to drop a line to say thank you so much for all your help at our wedding yesterday. This kids loved you (evident by the amount of flowers Jay gave you!) and you were a genuinely lovely person to have around. You made the booking process straight forward and easy to organise from start to finish and I will be highly recommending you to other brides. We were able to relax knowing our son was being so well looked after – you are a star!

She’s got worse the past couple of days and we’ve had to take her to out of hours for some antibiotics. You really did have your work cut out and did it with such professionalism and care. I thought it was just teething but it turns out she has tonsillitis.

You were amazing and we wouldn’t hesitate to contact you if we were needing you for another event. We would also recommend you to anyone needing a 5 star childcare service for events or otherwise.

I think reviewing care for your children is one of the hardest things to do because every parent expects the highest standards for their own child. It then follows that achieving the highest rating is an even harder task. However Jenn, as a childcare provider is perfect and its both easy and a pleasure to leave a review and score Jenn the top rating!

We decided to look for childcare for our 2 young daughter’s one month before our wedding. We initially planned to share childcare between family members but then decided we wanted someone to be able to give our girls undivided attention for the full day, so that they weren’t being passed from person to person and they had someone completely dedicated to their enjoyment of the day. We found Jenn by chance on google and were impressed by her professional website which outlined everything we were looking for as she had extensive experience with children and seemed very child focussed.

I first met Jenn when she came to our home a few weeks before the wedding to meet the girls. I was having a frazzled mummy morning and was nervous to meet the person who would be looking after my children for 20hours (1pm on wedding day till 9am the following day). I was immediately impressed with Jenn. She looked smart and professional but raring to go with the kids! My children took to her immediately, she was confident and kind with them but also completely reassured me with her attitude to the girls and attention to detail on how we like the girls to be cared for and what we expected from her on the day. My 3 year old cried when Jenn left after only being with her for 2 hours..and my feedback to my fiancé was, “she’s brilliant”.

On the wedding day itself Jenn surpassed herself. She arrived earlier than the time we booked to make sure she was set up properly, she mentioned that she would bring a few toys….but actually brought what seemed like a mini playground, which my daughters loved and was the envy of many of the adult guests! Jenn helped get the girls dressed whilst I was getting ready and kept the girls extremely happy and content throughout the day and night. I should also say that my 1 year old had a chest infection and is not sleeping through the night, yet Jenn took all this in her stride with confidence and a lovely smile!

The morning after, my 3 year old was again upset to see her “friend” Jenn go home and my family and friends had nothing but praise for what they had seen of Jenn.

The quality of Jenn’s service means it is not simply childcare she provides. In my opinion, hiring Jenn as The Event Nanny, was an investment in my peace of mind for my wedding day and therefore an investment in how much I and each member of our family was able to enjoy the day, starting with the most important members, my children.

Jenn is nothing short of exceptional in the service she provides and I would not hesitate to use her services again or recommend her. I can’t fault her, her service or offer any notes for improvement because she surpassed all my hopes and wishes. I could compare you to Mary Poppins but you are much much better! Apologies for such a long review but a great job deserves a proper write up!

A really great service, Jen was brilliant from start to finish and meant that I could enjoy a day out with friends without having to worry about my 7 month old son. Jen kept me updated throughout the day and took lots of care to ensure my son had lots of fun playtime throughout the day. A very professional service that I will definitely use again.
